TES-9613X/23X are AC/DC withstand voltage insulation analyzer integrates functions such as AC withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage, insulation resistance, arc detection and open circuit detection. It is 2% accurate, efficient, reliable, stable, and has a rich set of interfaces and touch screen operation, meeting the testing needs of various electronic and electrical devices. The series of products are small in size, light in weight,making them ideal for desktop testing, system integration and other working conditions.

 Open short circuit detection function

TES-9630X series utilizes low-voltage, high-frequency, lossless technology to increase the output voltage frequency while reducing the voltage level. It performs cross-sectional capacitance detection on the device under test (DUT), determining open and short circuit conditions at the output terminal within 0.2 seconds. This effectively solves the problem that the actual leakage current of the DUT is relatively small and high-voltage destructive testing is unsuitable under short-circuit conditions.

 

 Rapid Power-off Protection for Leakage Current

◆ High-voltage testing poses certain risks to operators. It has a built-in leakage protection mechanism. If a user is electrocuted, the leakage current will be detected within ms and the voltage output will be cut off immediately to ensure safety.
The instrument uses hardware detection, which is fast and stable, and can be equipped with a functional inspect.

 

 Arc Detection Function

◆ Electric arc is a self-sustaining discharge phenomenon generated inside or on the surface of an insulating material due to high voltage. TES-9630X  series can etermine the discharge level based on the arc level.

 

 Information interface function

◆ It supports USB barcode scanners, enabling functions such as scan activation, data storage, barcode binding, and information upload. After scan activation, test data is automatically matched with the current barcode, and the system can query the required test program based on user-defined recognition fields, automatically retrieve and complete the test and store the data.
