Open Short Circuit Detection Function
The series is utilizes low-voltage, high-frequency, lossless technology to increase the output voltage frequency while reducing the voltage level. It performs cross-sectional capacitance detection on the device under test (DUT), and can determine open-circuit and short-circuit conditions at the output terminal within 0.15 seconds. This effectively solves the problem that the actual leakage current of the DUT is relatively small, and high-voltage destructive testing is unsuitable under short-circuit conditions.
Arc Detection Function
Electric arc is a self-sustaining discharge phenomenon generated inside or on the surface of an insulating material due to high voltage. This series can determine the discharge level based on the arc level.
DC Voltage Rapid Discharge Function
To ensure the safety of test personnel, this series has a built-in residual voltage discharge function, which automatically and quickly discharges the test object, especiall capacitive components.
Rapid Power-off Protection For Leakage Current Function
High-voltage testing poses certain risks to operators. It has a built-in leakage protection mechanism. If a user is electrocuted, the leakage current will be detected within ms and the voltage output will be cut off immediately to ensure safety.
The instrument uses hardware detection, which is fast and stable, and can be equipped with a functional inspection module.
Inforamtion Interface Function
It supports USB barcode scanners, enabling functions such as barcode scanning activation, data storage, barcode binding and information uploading. After scanning activation, test data is auto-matched with the current barcode and the system can query the required test program based on user defined recognition fields, automatically
retrieve and complete the test and store the data.
