Extremely Light
Built-in high-frequency power electronic conversion topology, the size and weight are greatly reduced. The length and width of the whole machine are equivalent to the area of an A4 paper and the weight of the whole machine is only 5.3 kg. Compared with traditional withstand voltage testers, Volume is compressed by half and the weight is reduced to 40%.
Leakage fast power-off protection
High voltage testing is dangerous to operators. TES-9700 series has a built-in leakage protection mechanism. When a user is electrocuted, the leakage current detection will be completed within milli-seconds and the voltage output will be cut off immediately to ensure safety.
Open-short circuit detection function
TES-9700 series utilizes low-voltage, high-frequency, lossless technology to increase the output voltage frequency while simultaneously reducing the voltage level. This allows for cross-sectional capacitance detection of the DUT, enabling open and short-circuit determination within 0.1s. This effectively addresses the issue of DUTs with relatively low actual leakage currents and short-circuit conditions being unsuitable for high-voltage lossy testing.
Arc Detection Function
Arc is a self-sustaining discharge phenomenon caused by high voltage inside or on the surface of insulating materials. TES-9700 series can not only determine the discharge according to the arc level.
Information interface function
Supports USB barcode scanners, realizing functions such as code scanning to start, built-in data storage, barcode binding, and information upload. After code scanning to start, the test data will automatically match the current barcode, and can query the currently required test program according to the identification field set by the user, automatically call it, and complete the test and data storage.
