Current Probes

Current Probe is a non-intrusive measurement device designed to measure electrical current without disconnecting or interrupting the circuit. By simply clamping around a conductor, it accurately detects current flow and converts it into a signal that can be displayed on an oscilloscope or measurement instrument. Current probes provide a safe, fast, and reliable solution for both AC and DC current measurements, depending on the probe type.

TT-CC series Tessio is provided is AC&DC current probe families that has bandwidth 300kHz to 1.5MHz with battery and adaptor power supply. Including adapter TT-CC MA (BNC to banana interface),use for DMM measuring.

High Voltage probes

High Voltage Probe is a specialized measurement accessory designed to safely measure high-voltage signals beyond the direct input range of standard oscilloscopes or multimeters. It uses a precision voltage divider to attenuate the input voltage to a safe level while maintaining high measurement accuracy and waveform fidelity.

Differential Probes

Differential Probes is a precision measurement accessory designed to accurately measure the voltage difference between two test points that are not referenced to ground. It provides high common-mode voltage rejection (CMRR), enabling safe and accurate analysis of floating signals and high-side circuits while protecting both the oscilloscope and the user.
